Our properties are available through a choice-based lettings scheme, meaning you can search for and bid on a home that matches your requirements.

Where can i register
To register for a property with PL Housing you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18 and are at risk of homelessness please speak with your local council.
I have been a PL Housing tenant for less than 12 months.
As part of your tenancy agreement, you must have been living in your current property for more than 12 months and meet other criteria before being eligible to make an application to move properties. If you are experiencing issues with your tenancy please call 0000000 to speak with a member of our team.
I have been an PL Housing tenant for more than 12 months
In order to move you must have a housing need. This is defined as needing extra bedrooms (where children are unable to share – same sex, eldest must be 16 yrs or over, opposite sex, eldest must be 10 years or over), less bedrooms or a medical need to move (supported with documentation).
I want to move outside of my area
To register for properties outside of your area you can register with PL if you are currently a Housing Association or Local Authority tenant. You should also register with the local authority of where you want to move to.

PL Housing Advice (PLHA) options is the choice based lettings service managed by us.
We’ve created a joint housing allocations policy to deliver a straightforward, effective and fair way of assessing and prioritising applicants housing needs.
Home Swaps
You can swap your home using online mutual exchange service.
As a PL Housing customer, your registration with with us is free– once approved, you’ll be able to search and view matches.
