People Living offers housing designed and managed especially to meet the needs of people over 55, who have decided they want to move to a more suitable home of their own, whether they are retired or still working.
Leasehold
As a retirement leaseholder, you may enjoy additional amenities that are not typically available in standard housing, such as:

- A Scheme Manager available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- An emergency call system in every home that connects you to our Out of Hours Call Centre when the Scheme Manager is off duty
