Staying safe in your home
We are dedicated to ensuring your safety
We take every reasonable step to protect you and communicate effectively about safety in your home, but we also ask you to be aware of what you can do to stay safe.
We are committed to keeping our customers safe, so we have a staying safe policy and useful information also provided here on our website to ensure this.
Fire Safety
We want our homes to be safe, so every 5-years we perform a home condition survey on our homes. Home Condition Surveys provide us with valuable insights on your property’s condition and future repair needs.
Click below to learn more about home condition surveys – how they work, what’s inspected, and how the information helps us keep your home safe.
